I always like the idea of putting up a business and let it run it and generate money without you doing much about it. It’s more of a passive income. I know it sounds weird but there are potentially cool businesses which require you less work but give you equally good return. Putting up an apartment is a good idea but the capital is really big. A friend of mine is thinking of starting with vending machines.
