Nowadays the rate of people wearing eyeglasses has increased greatly. This is mainly due to exposure of their eyes to television and computers which may in turn reduce their visibility. But rather wearing eyeglasses people can make use of the technology and that is using contact lens for better vision. Contact lens is a small thing which is usually kept over the eyelid. Most of the time it is not invisible and it is really small and compact in size. But the real fact is that it eliminates the need to wear eyeglass every time for vision purposes. But these contact lenses have certain demerits too. Because of its compact size it can be lost easily. But the over usage of these lens may lead to serious problems. It is always better to purchase eyewear from authorized dealers and optical house so that it ensures cent percent safety rather than purchasing cheap contact lens and eyewear from platform shops. So people should test their eyes properly before wearing glasses or lens.
