Snowboarding

Before the snows will soon melt away. I really wanted to try riding on the snowboards. I want to know how it feels like and how exciting it would be when you actually sliding on the snows. I do not want to be a pro and do all the back and front flips. Because I do know that it is really dangerous and if you are not expert you sometimes end up having broken bones. So anyways, now that I ain't pregnant no more I would really love to try that thing. It kinda hard to learn since you have to make sure you will be able to balance yourself. I will really want to try for sure this time. I might like it and during winter since I have nothing to do, I can take my son and husband with me and do snowboarding. I could teach them and this would be one of the fun thing we can do during winter season.I can't wait to share this with my husband. If you are into this sports then I would like to recommend you to check out the website for more snowboards to choose from. They have so many designs that you might like to have and collect. I can't really wait and now I am super excited to try snowboarding

IBM Systems

As you all know from my previous posts that I am going to start my own business. The other day I was talking with my friend that is my partner about the various technical matters in starting our new business. We almost finalized everything and I am really happy about our progress. Bank loan is already sanctioned and I will be getting the capital amount in my account within a week. But I am still confused about the computing systems that we are going to install in our industry. I heard from a technical advisor that IBM I-series platform provides the most comprehensive solution for most of the large business industries and biggest banks; I actually planned for IBM Power Systems as they are successors of IBM I-series platform. i have to do more research and find more information on IBM iSeries before I proceed with the installation of the computing systems. One of my dad’s friends is working with IBM, so I think he may help me out in this matter. Mean while I have to find a reliable supplier of computing systems; hope I can find reliable systems online. I want all my honorable blog readers to share their valuable thoughts and comments. Thanks!!

Home Loan Modification

Our house remodeling is not over yet. It’s likely that it would take another few weeks more before the entire work is completely done. Anyway, it isn’t much of a problem for me actually, compared to my neighbor who is now trying to get home loan modification for her housing loan arrears in the bank. It’s depressing to think that their house is facing foreclosure in the near future if she won’t take proper action. Nonetheless, getting Loan modification isn’t difficult at all. She just have to deal with proper bank authority. On the contrary, I feel so blessed having settled our housing loan in ten years time as against the actual 25 year loan term that we signed for. Time flies swiftly and we just learned way back in the 90’s that we’re already done with our housing loan payments. It was an awesome feeling getting rid of a huge obligation!!
